how i can promote my blog using twitter?

Most of bloggers use twitter to promote their blogs. If you dont have twitter username yet then let me tell you the whole procedure.

• Go to twitter.com

• Choose a twitter username that fits with the name and topic of your blog. Use your real name its much better for you because by using your own name people feel more comfortable in connecting to you.

• Create your own background image for your twitter account that gives the name of your blog, your tagline, and a brief description of your blog's topic.

• Upload your own photo on your account. It would be more impressive.

• Complete your profile with true information. Dont give fake information. Because it will help people to find you on twitter.

• Tweet daily and as many as you can. Add links to your tweets leading back to your blog posts.
• Use http://tinyurl.com to shorten your long URL.

• Use twitter search function to find bloggers on twitter who has same interests as your blog and follow them .

• Don't just talk about your blog - make friends, respond to other people's tweets, and become involved in the community. Because it will help you to drive more traffic to your blog.
