How can I add Google ads to my feeds?

New bloggers don't know how to add Google ads to their feeds. If you are also new to feed advertising with Google or Feedburner, follow these steps to add Google ads to your feeds.

1.Go to http://adsense.com/.
2.Sign in to your AdSense account here.
3.On the AdSense Setup tab, choose AdSense for feeds as the product.
4.Your feed unit will be automatically named and properly sized for your feed.
5.Set your ad type, frequency, post length, position, and colors(if you are not familiar with it then see tips for these settings).
6.Add a channel, and mark it targetable by advertisers. AdSense recommend this to increase visibility of your ad space.
7.Choose a feed in which you want feed ads to be displayed.

If you've used feeds in the past, choose one from your list of active feeds that don't already have a feed unit.
If this is your first time setting up feeds with AdSense or FeedBurner, you'll need to burn a new feed first. Click the burn a new feed link, then enter your blog or feed URL. Some platforms may present you with a choice of feeds to use as the source; usually picking the Atom feed will work. After providing this information you'll be given a new URL for your feed which you should promote or redirect to in order to make sure all subscribers are seeing your enhanced feed.

8. click on Save tab.
Now your Google-powered feed is ready, which will start displaying ads very soon. I hope you people are satisfied with this article.

What does it mean to "burn" a feed?

Hi guys...

I hope you would be enjoying blogging. and i also hope that you guys also do feed work. when i first started all this i thought burn a feed mean that to delete feed which is totaly opposite to its real meaning. i m sure you would be laughing now. anyhow now when i came to know what does it really mean then i want to share it with you people.

Burn a feed

Burn a feed
Burn a feed means that your feed gets passed through Google with a new URL. When you use the URL for your Google-powered feed, your users will see your content along with the Google ads that you've added. Google will automatically check for updates in your feed every 30 minutes, so your content will always be fresh and you dont have to do it manually.

Your original feed will still exist, and you can direct users to it, but it won't have Google ads. So make sure to direct traffic to your burned feed that is powered by Google -- the one that starts with http://feeds2.feedburner.com.

happy earning guys...

How to publish my own feeds?

To publish feeds is not difficult at all. If you have a website, blog, audio/video content, or even photos, you can offer a feed of your content as an option.

For this, you have to sign up for popular blogging plateforms. If you are using a popular blogging platform or publishing tool like TypePad, Wordpress, or Blogger, you likely publish a feed automatically. Even other non-blogging sites like social photo-sharing service Flickr offer feeds of content you produce that others can retrieve. There are also tools on the market that can help transform traditional web content into the right format for distribution on web.

how i would be able to recieve payments from adsense?

Many of bloggers dont know the procedure to be paid from adsense. Google adsense explains it throughly in google adsense help. But problem is that many of bloggers dont use exact keywords to get desired answer from google adsense. So dont worry now. I am explaining it in this post.

The most important thing is to confirm the accuracy of your payment address and payee name. Checks and Western Union payments are made out to the payee name and payment address exactly as entered in your account.

Always keep in mind that you must provide exact payment address and payee name. If you need to correct any information, follow these instructions.

How to provide your tax information?
Google adsense may be required to collect tax-related information from you depending on your location. If you're required to provide tax information, you can do so on the Tax Information page, under the My Account tab. Google adsense interface will guide you to the appropriate forms and requirements for your particular situation. Go to your Tax Information page now and select your payment method here. Depending on your payment address, there may be a number of payment options available to you, including checks, Electronic Funds Transfer, and Western Union Quick Cash. The easiest way to find out your payment options is to visit your Account Settings page and click the Payment Information [edit] link. Choose your payment method now.

How to enter your PIN and phone verification number?
When your earnings reach the verification threshold, Google adsense will mail a Personal Identification Number to the payment address which you specified in your account. You'll need to enter this PIN into your account before Google adsense can send any payments to you. Your PIN will be sent by standard post and will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. So dont worry if you dont get it soon. Depending on your location, you may also be asked to verify your phone number. As part of this process, Google adsense system will call you at a pre-arranged time, and you'll be required to dial in a verification number that appears in your AdSense account.

Reach the payment threshold in earnings

When your total unpaid earnings reach the payment threshold, Google adsense will send you a payment at the end of the next month. This threshold varies depending on the reporting currency in your account.

For example, that the payment threshold for your account is US$100. In this case, if your total unpaid earnings reached $100 during January and you completed the 4 steps above, Google adsense would send you a payment at the end of February. If your total unpaid earnings haven't yet reached the payment threshold, they'll roll over to the next month and accrue until they meet the threshold.

Payments are sent within approximately 30 days of the end of the month. See the timeline of Google adsense payment cycle in the Payment Timelines section in Google adsense help.
