Step1
Go to gmail.com
To create new gmail account
Click on sign up
To access to gmail fill out the form and get gmail id

Open www.blogger.com
Login with gmail username
write blog title (field you are interested in)
then write address (URL)
type the characters given in picture
click on CONTINUE
choose the template
click on CONTINUE
Step3
Your blog is created. Now click on START BLOGGING
Now write the title and compose
